Summer Company Picnic

Cottage Hospital, where Steve works does a really great job of making their employees feel special and valued. One of the ways they do this is by throwing lots of parties & always including the kiddos & families. Yesterday was the Cottage Hospital Summer Company Picnic. We have gone in the past but never had as much fun as we did at yesterday's picnic. We were just going to "stop by" as we had evening plans and wanted to get Ben home for a good nap so that we could stay out later. Needless to say, we ended up staying 2.5 hours longer than planned, skipped nap, ran home and had about 45 minutes to shower and get ready before heading to Camarillo for our dinner party. Ben ended up catching a 30 minuter in the car and not getting to bed until 10 pm! Although a busy day, it was a TON of fun!

The picnic is more like a fair... there is a live petting zoo, pony rides, some of the biggest bouncy houses I've ever seen, amazing food and lots of games & music!
