A-MA-ZING party!

We had the honor of celebrating Julie's 40th with her (and about 80 other people) last night at the Eagle Castle Winery in Paso Robles... we had no idea what to expect (she's a friend of Steve's from grad school) and let me just say that when I turn 40, I want to be just like Julie! First of all, the winery was gorgeous, perched up high in the rolling hills, a true castle with a mote and the most incredible humongous doors .... there was not one detail missed ... we had the whole place to ourselves for her party, the apps, wine, dinner, drinks, beautiful people, 12 piece swing band and chocolate fountain and cake were incredible. It was high high class and when I turn 40, this is the way I want to do it up! Some of my favorite pics below....

Fun weekend & Date night!

Steve & I had a great date last night... we went to a new restaurant in town (well, not new, but an old place called The Brown Pelican that has been re-done) called The Boathouse... it's RIGHT on the beach and Steve made a reservation reserving the best table in the joint! (smart guy he is!) Then, we went to see the movie, Burn After Reading... it was hilarious. We both gave it 2 thumbs up. Here's a few shots of Bebo from the weekend and of our date! Oh and for those of you that haven't seen me (which is a lot of you)... I became a brunette this week!
