Birthday Madness - Part 1

This is hands down the busiest time of year for us with it all starting the week before Halloween with multiple parties, parades and festivities and of course not REALLY ending until the holidays and now, it won't REALLY end until after New Years (baby's due date for c-section is December 30th), so all of my boys will have their birthdays within 2 months of each other all tangled up in the holiday season. Perfect. :)

In any case, this year, Ben turned 3 years old on 11/1. To celebrate, we had what's becoming our annual costume/Halloween/Birthday Shindig for him. This year, we had a Boo-Runch on Halloween morning (best time for toddlers to hang out) and it was a total success.... he felt the love from all of his and our friends that could join. We had a very full house and a yummy bagel bar with mimosa's, bloody marys and of course strong coffee for those that had been out late the night before... (you know who you are). :)

The kiddos were so darn cute all dressed up (as well as some adults) and at one point we had them all sitting still on our back deck for a photo (Thanks to Uncle Mike (aka, the cat in that hat) for entertaining all of them - I have never seen so many kids sit still for so long - it was great!) :)

As Steve loves "family" costumes, I am not such a fan and I'm definitely not a fan being 7.5 months pregnant, so we went low grade this year... Ben was a zookeeper and take notice of our animal hats. :)
